There are new vaccine requirements for vaccines starting in August 2015 that will be implemented for the 2015-2016 school year and beyond.
For those children entering Preschool for the 2015-2016 school year the required vaccines are as follows:
- 4 doses of DTap
- 3 doses of Hepatitis B
- 3 doses of Hib
- 1 dose of MMR
- 4 doses of pneumococcal conjugate
- 3 doses of polio
- 1 dose of varicella (Chicken Pox)
- 2 doses of Rotavirus
- 2 doses of Hepatitis A
- Annual Flu vaccine
For those children entering Kindergarten for the 2015-2016 school year the required vaccines are as follows:
All vaccines needed for preschool as listed above plus:
- 1 dose of DTaP
- 1 dose of MMR
- 1 dose of varicella (Chicken Pox)
- 1 dose of Polio (must be given on or after 4th birthday)
